OpesNova AI ("OpesNova," "we," "us") provides an AI-assisted information platform for banking compliance, audit, and AML professionals, accessible at opesnovaai.com. These Terms govern your access to and use of the platform.

2. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using OpesNova, you agree to these Terms. If you are using OpesNova on behalf of an institution, you confirm you have the authority to bind that institution to these Terms.

3. The service

OpesNova retrieves and summarizes information from a curated library of banking, regulatory, and compliance-related documents to assist with research and review tasks. OpesNova is a research and productivity tool. It does not provide legal, regulatory, or professional advice, and its output should be independently verified against the cited source before being relied upon for any decision.

4. Accounts and subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription tiers, pricing, and billing cycles are described at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use OpesNova for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable banking, financial, or data protection regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying document library or model behavior at scale
• Share account access outside your institution's authorized users
• Upload documents you do not have the right to submit

6. Institutional data

Document libraries and query history are scoped per institution and are not shared across customers. You retain ownership of any documents you upload. We process that content solely to provide the service to you.

7. No professional advice

OpesNova's output is generated from retrieved source material and may be incomplete, outdated, or misapplied to your specific situation. It is not a substitute for professional judgment, legal counsel, or your institution's own compliance procedures. You remain responsible for decisions made using information from the platform.

8. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record. Refund requests are handled case-by-case — contact hello@opesnovaai.com.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

10. Limitation of liability

OpesNova is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including decisions made based on its output.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before taking effect.
